Two Future Storms Could Be On Their Way

Philippe and Rina have finally broken up, with Rina ejecting out to sea losing nearly all her tropical energy to Philippe and the wind shear she's continued struggling against. As October hangs upon us, the Caribbean and the Gulf of Mexico appear far more favorable for more development than what we anticipated this past week. All of our models agree something if not two separate entities could form, and the next question on our checklist here at the weather center is... where?
