DESCRIPTION Many months ago we took a look at the Chinese only version of this smartwatch. As we learned then, the Amazfit Verge is totally different than any of the other Amazfit sports focused watches in build quality and overall design. First, it doesn’t have a transflective, always on screen like the Pace and Stratos. Secondly, the case, band, and even clasp are all plastic and rubber. Thirdly, the Verge is a whole lot less expensive. It still sports a speaker and microphone and tethered phone calling ability, but it is primarily meant to satisfy a craving for sports fitness.
