Potential Tropical Cyclone Nine has formed in the Tropical Atlantic, and will likely bring tropical storm conditions to parts of the Lesser Antilles and Greater Antilles during the next 2 days as a tropical storm before a very uncertain future faces it. Tropical storm warnings are in place with the system as PTC 09L continues to move west-northwest and improve in organization.
