El invest 92L es una onda tropical que tiene una alta probabilidad de desarrollo según el Centro Nacional de Huracanes. El pronóstico de trayectoria indica que debe llegar como tormenta tropical a la región de Puerto Rico y República Dominicana. Llevaría por nombre Isaias. Intereses en Puerto Rico, República Dominicana, Islas Vírgenes Británicas, Islas Vírgenes Americanas, Anguilla, St. Kitts y Nevis, Antigua y Barbuda, Montserrat, Dominica y Guadalupe deben estar vigilantes.
