Baby Seal trapped in Plastic Sheet Collar

Any kind of plastic can cause major damage to our animals. In this case, a small but durable sheet of plastic had formed a plastic collar around a baby seal's neck. As the seal grows, the plastic would start to cut into the animal's flesh, ultimately leading to starvation, infection and suffocation.
