TUTORIAL APA - Transforming Snorkeling Mask into non certified PPE - Ari...
This video is an instruction video on how to assemble your APA - Aria Protection Adaptor to your OCEAN REEF made Full Face Snorkeling Mask. The APA has a 40mm 1/7" DIN connection that will fit most filters. The complete setup seen in this video is not certified nor tested as PPE or Medical Equipment. Its purpose is as an emergency solution device.
In the previous video, we illustrated how to safely remove the drain valve cover. We would like to clarify that this is an OPTION to be done to reduce exhausting air effort. The draining valve cover was originally not designed to exhert air, but to drain water. The mushroom valve must not be damaged / removed / misplaced during this operation, to guarantee correct sealing from outside, while inhaleing.
