Wanda Vazquez sworn in as governor of Puerto Rico
Justice Secretary Wanda Vazquez was sworn in Wednesday as governor of Puerto Rico after the territory's supreme court ruled Pedro Pierluisi's assumption of the office was unconstitutional.
Vazquez is the second governor to be sworn in in a week.
The change in governors comes after Ricardo Rossello resigned following uproar in the territory over a leaked group chat between him and his closest allies that allegedly included misogynistic and homophobic messages.
