Hurricane JOSE Shear Winds Say "No Way JOSE" But He Aint Listening...Yet

I give my personal explanation of 'Shear Winds' and how they play a big part in allowing a hurricane to form or in this case how they can destroy or try to destroy an already formed hurricane. Jose is being hit (Possibly eventually destroyed) by a huge shear wind coming from the north. You can even see the ripples on radar as they hit Jose Shear winds are high altitude current winds. thousands of feet in the sky, really fast, really powerful.
